Our warehouse and courier services are operating as usual. We are continuing to follow the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines and will update this page if anything changes. We are doing everything we can to ensure your experience with us is as safe as possible.

Our warehouse and courier services are operating as usual. We are doing everything we can to ensure your experience with us is as safe as possible.

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on any orders over £50*

  • FREE 2-3 Day Delivery
  • £3.95 Express Next Working Day Delivery (any orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered Tuesday) 

*UK Mainland Only. For any orders below £50 there will be a £3.99 postage charge.

We ship to any UK mainland address provided the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday or 2pm on Friday. If you do not meet this time on any given day, your goods will be sent the following working day.

  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly
  • These areas are subject to a small delivery fee, expect delivery within 1-5 working days of ordering.

  • Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands
  • These areas are subject to delivery fees and import duties of which payment is the customers' responsibility. Expect delivery within 1-5 working days of ordering.


Once you have placed your order you will receive a welcome email, confirmation email, tracking email on the day before it’s due to be delivered when the item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • For delivery destinations outside of the UK, please contact a member of our customer service team for assistance. You can contact us via telephone onb 01977 522021, or by email. Please note that Pebble Grey will not be responsible for any import duties incurred on international orders. This service is subject to a nominal fee depending on the quantity and location of the order.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. Pebble Grey shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason failure to perform any of the Company's obligations. In relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Failed deliveries will be attempted again the next working day. After the third attempt, the product will be stored for collection at your local Post Office or returned to back to us.

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £50* to any location within the UK. We also offer next working day delivery to any customer residing within the UK mainland. Orders under £50 may be subject to a nominal delivery fee.


PALLET DELIVERIES

For orders that contain a larger quantity of items we offer a pallet service that will ensure the safety of your goods. A custom delivery quote is required. Please call us to place your order 01977 522021 or email us.


BREAKAGES PROCESS

All our items are of a fragile nature which is why we package all our items professionally with heavy-duty boxes and padded foam to help securely transport your item(s). Should your item(s) arrive with any broken parts, signs of damage or manufacturing faults you must report this to us within 30 days from the date the item was received so we can claim. If you tell us about breakages after this time we cannot warrant the claim.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not going to be in when the delivery takes place our courier will try and leave a card advising you that: 

  1. The item has been returned to the local depot where you need to call to arrange a re-delivery 

  2. The item has been taken to the local depot for collection 

  3. The item has been signed for by a neighbour 


Pebble Grey accepts no liability for instances of missing items when signed for by neighbours, please ensure you only select a date for delivery if you know you will be in to avoid any inconvenience or select from one of our premium delivery services to ensure the items arrives at a time that is suitable for you.For more information please call us on 01977 522021, email us or write to us: Customer Service Dept.
