No, we recommend removing your phone case to use the wireless charging pad.
I am not installing my mirror/cabinet immediately upon receipt. How do I test my item to ensure it is working?
To test your LED mirrored product, we recommend connecting the wire on the back of the unit to a standard 3A UK 3-pin plug to test the item, if you or your electrician is waiting to install the item in the bathroom.
How do I dim this mirror?
Simply hold your hand close under the sensor and the mirror will dim. Once it has reached its dimmest it will then increase brightness. Remove your hand once it has reached the desired brightness.
How do I adjust the glass shelves in the Grace cabinets?
Simply push the shelf brackets into the holes at your desired shelf height. The glass shelves can then be placed on top of these brackets.

Do you do international shipping?
We currently do not offer a shipping service outside of the UK, However, if you are happy to make your own shipping arrangements we will be happy to supply you with goods in any location.
Why does Parcelforce not recognise my tracking number?
We are sorry you are having trouble with your tracking number. All our mirrors and cabinets are packaged securely and dispatched on the same day when your order is placed before 4pm Mon-Fri. If Parcelforce's tracking system states "We are currently unable to confirm the status of your parcel. Please check the number and try again." then this may be one of three things: 1) You have attempted to track your order before the day of delivery - tracking numbers although issued to you will only activate on the morning the item is out for delivery. 2) Parcelforce have collected the item from us but have been unable to assign the item(s) to a driver for delivery. 3) Pebble Grey have organised your item to be dispatched but the courier was unable to collect. In the event that this instance arises we will do our best to contact you as soon as we are made aware. Should you notice an issue with your order please call us on 01977 522021 so that we can investigate this situation. 
Can I request a delivery date?
As standard, we offer FREE 2-3 day delivery and express next day delivery at an additional £3.95. If you are wanting to receive your item on a particular date beyond 3 days, we recommend you place an order over the phone where we can assign a dispatch date
What couriers do you use?
As our items are of a fragile nature, prompt and safe dispatch and delivery are of utmost importance to us at Pebble Grey. We have close relationships with a number of couriers across the UK to guarantee the safe delivery of your item(s). On dispatch of your item(s), you will receive tracking details in an email that will be sent to you.

What is your retuns policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to decide if you wish to keep them. If you receive a faulty or damaged item on arrival please make sure you contact us via email or call us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) so we can replace the item as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
Should you receive an item that may have been damaged in transit please email us with your order number, photographic evidence and your proof of purchase. We offer a parts only warranty and manufacturers guarantee on all our products for one year, which can be extended free of charge for 10 years via our website.
