Where is my order?

You should receive an email when your item(s) have been dispatched.

Do you do international shipping?
We currently do not offer a shipping service outside of the UK, However, if you are happy to make your own shipping arrangements we will be happy to supply you with goods in any location.
Why does Parcelforce not recognise my tracking number?
If Parcelforce's tracking system states "We are currently unable to confirm the status of your parcel. Please check the number and try again." then this may be one of three things: 1) You have attempted to track your order before the day of delivery - tracking numbers although issued to you will only activate on the morning the item is out for delivery. 2) Parcelforce have collected the item from us but have been unable to assign the item(s) to a driver for delivery. 3) Pebble Grey have organised your item to be dispatched but the courier was unable to collect. In the event that one of these instances arise we will do our best to contact you as soon as we are made aware. Should you notice an issue with your order please call us on 01977 522021 so that we can investigate this situation.
Can I request a delivery date?
As standard, we offer FREE 2-3 day delivery and express next day delivery at an additional £3.95. If you are wanting to receive your item on a particular date beyond 3 days, we recommend you place an order over the phone where we can assign a dispatch date

Can I Cancel my Order?

What is your retuns policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to decide if you wish to keep them. If you receive a faulty or damaged item on arrival please make sure you contact us via email or call us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) so we can replace the item as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
Should you receive an item that may have been damaged in transit please email us with your order number, photographic evidence and your proof of purchase. We offer a parts only warranty and manufacturers guarantee on all our products for one year, which can be extended free of charge via our website.

Can I use Klarna to pay for my item?
Yes, you can use Klarna to pay later or split your overall payment into three smaller monthly payments. Simply add the items to your basket, and then go to checkout and choose Klarna as a payment method.
Do you have any discount codes?
Any current discount codes will be displayed at the top of the site on all pages. If there is no mention of a discount code that means that there is none available at the current time. At Pebble Grey we strive pass on all available savings direct to our customers to help give you the best price possible. Can I extend my 12-month guarantee?

Once you've completed your order, all you have to do to activate your free 10 year extended guarantee is complete a quick and easy online registration form

Complete the online form (it'll take no longer than 2 minutes) and submit to activate the cover. You'll have 30 days in which to do this.

We will confirm your cover by email, giving you all your details should you ever need to contact us during the guarantee period.
