What is your retuns policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to decide if you wish to keep them. If you receive a faulty or damaged item on arrival please make sure you contact us via email or call us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) so we can replace the item as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
Should you receive an item that may have been damaged in transit please email us with your order number, photographic evidence and your proof of purchase. We offer a parts only warranty and manufacturers guarantee on all our products for one year, which can be extended free of charge for 10 years via our website.
